service in the Navy, Richard has a unique insight and understanding of
military members and their spouses. As a trained mediator and member of the Oregon Mediation Association Richard also conducts mediated divorce settlements. A mediated divorce settlement can help the parties to a divorce or separation reach mutually acceptable and beneficial agreements while avoiding thousands of dollars in legal fees.
Richard also provides legal services to clients seeking help with immigration and employment issues as well as serving current military members and veterans in need of legal assistance.
